1. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

Congratulations on having bought your clock from the world only unique cuckoo clock manufactur!

We grant a 3 year guarantee on all of our clocks except:


During this time, we will deal with any defects arising from faulty material or workmanship. All costs for material and labour are covered by us. Damages resulting from improper treatment or transportation, as well as breakage of glass, loss of the pendulum, winding key, weights or other small parts which are misplaced or accidentally thrown away with the packaging-all of these are not covered by this guarantee.

There can be no claim for alteration, reduced price or refund. No claims for compensation of an indirect or direct defect can be accepted. Any additional costs will not be refunded.

In case of a problem covered by our guarantee, please proceed as explained below.

A) Inside of Germany:
Please bring the clock without all accessories to our shop. Should this not be possible, mail the clock to us together with a detailed explanation of the problem(s).

B) In the USA or Canada:
In the case of a warranty or damage of shipping damages, please contact us by telephone or e-mail only here in Germany and explain the problem. We will first try to provide you telephone or e-mail assistance. This is not possible, send the Clock with the exact error terms, excluding all accessories (weights, wood paper, etc.) to our home address in Germany. Please follow the packing instructions in point "wrapping Cuckoo for onward transport. Our service area will decide whether the damage constitutes a warranty claim.

C) Outside of Germany, USA or Canada:
In the case of a warranty or damage of shipping damages, please contact us by telephone only here in Germany and explain the problem. We will first try to provide you telephone assistance. This is not possible, send the Clock with the exact error terms, excluding all accessories (weights, wood paper, etc.) to our home address in Germany. Please follow the packing instructions in point "wrapping Cuckoo for onward transport. Our service area will decide whether the damage constitutes a warranty claim.

Once the repaired clock has been returned to you, please inspect the clock. Minor damages on wooden pieces, especially hand-carved pieces, is sometimes unavoidable over long distances. Such minor shipping damages can be easily dealt with on your own by using wooden glue, or using a wood-felt tip marker in the corresponding wood color to touch up the veneer.

Place of jurisdiction for all lawsuits is VS-Villingen.
Settling place is Schonach Black Forest.
